Privacy policy and personal data processing
At Triaxum Labs we look after your data the way we look after the code we write. Here is, with no fine print, what we collect, why we use it and how you stay in control. This policy follows Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
Triaxum Labs, a Colombian software development company, is the controller of your data. You can reach us through any of these channels:
- Email: [email protected]
- WhatsApp: +57 315 967 7723
- Website: https://triaxumlabs.com
2. What we collect
- When you use the form: your name, business or company, email, estimated budget, the service you are interested in and your message.
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your number and whatever you share in the conversation.
- When you browse, only if you accept: aggregated usage data from Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, sections, clicks, device type and approximate country.
We do not ask for sensitive data or data from minors.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your request and send you a proposal.
- To follow up on the project you asked us about.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it with aggregated statistics.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We never sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Your consent
By sending the form or messaging us on WhatsApp you authorize us to process your data for the purposes in this policy (Decree 1377 of 2013, article 7). Analytics only runs if you accept it in the cookie notice; in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it never runs before you accept. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the site and process data on our behalf:
- Google (Google Analytics): site statistics.
- Resend: delivery of form emails.
- Our hosting provider: hosts the site.
- Meta (WhatsApp): conversations you start.
Some of these providers are outside Colombia, for example in the United States; in those cases we only work with companies that offer an adequate level of protection. If you hire a service from one of our partners (Ciberseguridad720 or Valentina Andrade), we will ask your permission before sharing your data with them.
6. Cookies and local storage
We store your language and your cookie choice in your browser so we don’t ask every time; this is necessary for the site to work. With your permission, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (such as _ga) to measure visits in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.
7. How long we keep it
Contact data is kept for as long as we work together and up to 2 years after your last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer. Google Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
8. Your rights
As the data subject you can:
- Access, update and correct your data.
- Request proof of the consent you gave us.
- Know how we have used your data.
- Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your data.
- File a complaint with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
- Access your data free of charge.
If you are in the European Union you can also request data portability, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
9. How to exercise your rights
Email [email protected] with your name, what you need and how to reach you. We answer requests within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, as required by Law 1581 of 2012.
10. Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people handling your request and providers with recognized security standards.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with its date. This version is effective as of October 19, 2026.
